參團須知和免责条例

凡报名参加本公司旅行团者,视为同意并接受以下旅行细则及规定。

    注意事项:

 

1.     免费接机车辆由旅行社统一安排,时间9AM-10PM。单独接机或其他时间需要收费。

2.     消费条例规定:每房不能超过2张床。酒店房间内不允许吸烟。

3.     本公司保留改变行程之权利以便成行。

 

报名手续及缴款方法:

贵客可亲临各大代理报名或网上购票。报名时交清全部团费,并领取登车证,

两岁以上小童必须购买小童票。出发前未交齐团费者,本公司有权利拒绝其参加,

所有定金,概不退还,也不可让他人或专用其他出发日期。


费用包括:

1.     酒店:住宿之高级酒店全部附有空调和私人浴厕。以二成人一房为原则,三人同房者,儿童票以不占床位计算并需与二成人同房同床,不可加床,如贵客单人成行又无法与其他团友共用一双人房的话,本公司需收取单人房费。

2.     交通工具采用空调豪华游览巴士或其他各式交通工具,团体接送观光。

3.     导游:本公司特派经验丰富之华语领队随团出发,并带领游览介绍。

 

      费用不包括:

1.     任何国际或国内机票,提早或延迟返回所产生之一切费用。

2.     行程中一切餐饮费用,但本公司领队会沿途代为安排。

3.     各观光景点之门劵,入场费和行程以外之观光节目。

4.     旅客在外贵客一切私人性之花费,例如电话费,收费电视等。

5.     不包括司机和导游小费$8/天(按团天数算)

6.     各类保险、签证费用、各类税项。

7.     出发前、后因私人、政治或者自然因素而本公司不能控制而引致的各项费用。

 

   临时取消及退款办法:

1.     出发前十天要求取消或改期,需扣因取消机票、酒店引起之费用后以公司支票退还。

2.     出发前三至十天要求取消或改期,需扣50%团费及取消机票、酒店所引起之费用后以公司支票退还。

3.     三天以内要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者,作自动放弃论,以富团费概不退还。

4.     鉴于可能发生之变化或参加人数不足,本公司保留于出发前更改或取消旅行团之权利,已交付费用悉数以公司支票退还,本公司不付任何其他责任,团员不可借故要求赔偿。

5.     贵客如因私人原因于途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程,本公司概不退回任何已付费用,也不会以其他服务赔偿其离团后之一切行动,概予本公司无涉。

 

   责任问题:

1.     所有行程本公司以其丰富之经验精心设计,本公司将竭尽所能以求行程之安全及住宿之旅馆按照行程所列来进行,但如因本公司无法控制之因素而必须改变行程更换旅馆,本公司当竭尽所能安排,但不须为任何变动复制。

2.     为适应各地交通时间及政治因素之可能变动,并为维护团体之最高利益,本公司之领队有权视当时之情况保留所有行程之变动权及更换同等级旅馆之权利,团员不得异议。

3.     有关之旅行安全问题,各航空公司班机取消或误点、游轮公司、汽车公司或各大饭店原有其个别之条例,直接对旅客负责,如遇交通延误,行李遗失或损坏,意外等事情,当根据各公司所定条例为解决之根据与本公司无涉。

4.     旅途中所订之餐馆及游览等,均为本公司依丰富之经验所订,不得因个人之特殊要求更改,如欲变其所增加之费用,则由各自负责。

5.     为维护团体之最高利益,诺是任何旅客有妨碍团体之正常活动及利益的情况发生,本公司之领队人员有权取消之继续参加旅程之资格,自该旅客离团之时起,一切行动均与本公司无涉。

6.     如遇罢工,政治因素,天气不良或其他人力不可抗拒之因素而导致行程延误而引起之额外费用,则由全体团员分担。

 

 

 

Please read carefully of the terms and condition before purchasing any tour package. The issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the below terms and condition

 

 
 Terms and condition:

 

1.     All clients responsible for their proper legal travel documents, for example: passport, green card, visa, airline ticket or any other travel requirements by the customs or immigrations or U.S. and other countries. Due to failure of providing proper travel documents, no refund will be allowed, and clients will be responsible for any cost incurred by cancellation, delay and discontinuation of tour.

2.     Bookings and payments clients can book tour by our sales office, agents and internet, full payment of bookings must received by our office before the departure date. Otherwise, booking will be considered cancel and any partial deposits/payments will be forfeited.

3.     Payments include: tour, transportation by air-conditioned tour bus, hotel accommodation; children must share bed with accompany adults. If no other clients could share room with a booked single client, a single client, a single supplement charge must be paid. Due to local fire regulations, all booking including triple or quadruple room are base on two twin beds only.

4.     Payments do not include: meal, admission, insurance, baggage handling(baggage is limited to one(1) piece per client) and any other personal expenses.

5.     Gratuity is additional and is suggested as U.S. $4 per day for tour guide and U.S. $3 per day for driver.

6.     Any expenses incurred for cancellation or delay departure of tour due to any uncontrollable circumstances.

7.     Cancellation and refund policy: (for cancellation or change of departure date)

l  If requested 10 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deductions of all hotels, air tickets, credit card processing fee and any expenses incurred.

l  If requested is in between 3 days to 10 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deduction of 50% of tour price, hotel, air tickets and any expenses incurred.

l  If requested within 3 days from the tour departure date, no refund will be allowed.

l  If customer chose to discontinue tour before the tour is finished or miss any part of the tour, no refund would be allowed. In addition, it is the client own responsibilities for all consequences arises from an early termination of the tour.

 

8.     Due to uncontrollable reasons or insufficient number if client, our company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour. A cancelled tour will be refunded no more than the original price by our company cheque only. Clients shall not hold our company for any liabilities against such cancellation or postponement or tour.

9.     We reserve the right to refuse any clients who may hinder or delay the progress of a tour. In such situation the used portion if the tour will be refunded on a pro-rata basis after all prepaid expenses such as hotel, transportation etc are deducted.

10.  Our company, as a tour operator, acts only as an agent or contracted services. All travel arrangements include in this trip are made on participant’s behalf upon the express condition that neither our company nor our agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its(or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, include without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground handler, etc., which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that our company neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and nor hold our company responsible fir any losses or expenses due to delay or changes or schedule, over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations., epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the participant.
